Review the assignment after the queue changes
Use a sample load with a waiting interval before receiving. Describe what the driver must do during that interval and who communicates a revised delivery plan. Do not convert a queue into off-duty time simply to fit the original dispatch schedule.
Keep material quantity, storage status and site receiving instructions separate from the driver log. An ELD demonstration does not establish that the load can be accepted or that specialized oilfield provisions apply.

Bring the actual truck configuration
The PT30 manual supports vehicle selection and log review as product checks. Confirm the actual road-truck engine, connector and phone before choosing equipment.
Ask Factor ELD to demonstrate what the driver and office see during the sample review. Any oilfield-specific exception or configuration requires its own evidence; this page does not promise special waiting-time treatment.
For the broader fleet discussion, see oilfield. Use the ELD rollout checklist to assign training and review responsibilities, and check ELD applicability for the actual operation.
Fracking sand hauling questions
Does hauling fracking sand automatically qualify for special waiting-time rules?
No. The exact operation, vehicle and applicable provision need review.
Will the ELD show whether a sand storage unit can receive the load?
That is a separate site or inventory capability, not part of the driver-log scope.
