What each driver should practice
Require each driver—not the class as a group—to demonstrate unique login, vehicle selection, non-driving status, annotation, edit review, unidentified driving, certification, roadside display/transfer, and malfunction fallback on the exact installed device/app version.
Record the driver, trainer, truck, app and device versions, scenario, and the result of each task. Note any coaching, repeat tests, and final authorization to use the system. Refresh training after interface changes, repeated unidentified driving, failed transfers, or a change in carrier policy.

Run the driver exercise before rollout
Use the assigned truck, the relevant individual user accounts, the installed device version, and a sample record. Decide in advance which tasks the driver must complete without help.
