Measure one workflow before claiming efficiency
Example: for four weeks, measure the median minutes from an unidentified-driving event to documented disposition, the number of reopened cases, and administrator touches. Introduce one controlled workflow change, then measure the same definitions for four more weeks. Segment by terminal and exclude a week with a system outage.
Automatic driving records are part of an ELD. GPS, dispatch, maintenance, alerts, and analytics vary by product and plan. Report the baseline, denominator, period, exclusions, change, and confidence; do not turn a hypothetical into a savings or safety claim.
