Does this page mean every livestock hauler must buy an ELD?
No. Livestock and agricultural provisions can affect the recording requirements for a trip. Have your compliance lead review the current rules, including any ELD-specific relief; an hours-of-service exception and relief from an ELD requirement are separate questions.
