What this means for your fleet
Compare total cost for the same term and fleet size, including hardware, cables, mobile devices, data, activation, training, support, integrations, replacements, and exit costs. Recheck every quote at purchase.
Total-cost worksheet
For each quoted plan, add: recurring subscription × trucks × months; hardware and cable; mobile device and data; installation; training and administrator time; replacement and shipping; integrations; exports and post-cancellation access; taxes and contract exit costs. Subtract only a discount stated in the same dated quote. Record the quote date, plan name, included items, renewal rule, and cancellation term; do not copy a public price into the model without current written terms.
