Three-year plan comparison example
For a 12-truck fleet, compare quotes over the same 36-month term. Include equipment, activation, subscriptions, mobile devices and data, installation, training, replacements and shipping, integrations, support, exports, taxes, renewal increases, and cancellation charges. To calculate a monthly cost per truck, divide the full three-year total by 12 trucks and 36 months.

| 3. Review contract and cancellation | Save the contract term, renewal, price-change, cancellation, hardware return, data retention, export, and post-exit access clauses. |
| 4. Price training and support | Record the training included for each role, implementation hours, support channels and hours, escalation process, quoted cost, and any exclusions. |
| 5. Test data export | Export a named date range, open the file, verify originals and edits, count records, document owner and recipient access, and retain the result. |
