Separate the receiving call from the driver’s status
Use a sample delivery that waits at an external staging area before being called to receive. Establish what the driver must do while waiting and who communicates a changed schedule. A position in the queue does not by itself determine duty status.
Exhibitor paperwork, venue access, material handling and receiving acceptance remain separate records. The ELD setup does not reserve a receiving slot or certify delivery to the exhibition stand.

Bring the actual truck configuration
Use truck selection and log review from the Factor PT30 manual to frame the demonstration for that version. Confirm engine, connector and mobile-device compatibility individually.
If a different driver handles the return, include the handoff in the trial. Keep venue scheduling and driver-record decisions connected through your process without assuming an automatic integration.
For the broader fleet discussion, see expedited freight. Use the ELD rollout checklist to assign training and review responsibilities, and check ELD applicability for the actual operation.
Trade show transport questions
Does waiting in a staging lot always count as rest?
No. Determine whether the driver is actually relieved and apply the relevant conditions.
Will the ELD manage venue receiving appointments?
No such feature is promised by the driver-log scope described here.
