What iOS compatibility must cover
Factor’s download page links an iPhone/iPad driver app, but that alone does not establish fleet compatibility. Keep a dated record of the exact phone or tablet, operating system, app, registered ELD hardware and software, vehicle and cable, required permissions, power behavior, offline recovery, updates, and roadside transfer.
